Sentinel Network Care allows us to monitor your network 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and be alerted to any problems that may occur. However, we go well beyond monitoring and provide proactive steps to make sure your system runs as smoothly as possible. We can provide patch management, so that you know all of your computers are up to date. While the Microsoft Update service will try to update your system on a regular basis, employees can turn this off, leaving your systems vulnerable. In addition, the Microsoft Update only pushes down the most critical security updates, leaving users the responsibility to update drivers and programs that could be at the root of your issue. With our patch management, we are able to push down the patches you need, without having to worry about whether employees remembered to run the updates.

Sentinel Network Care will provide your company with management and status reports, so you can see, at a glance, how your network is doing. We can even track trends, so we know if you are running low on space, need more memory or need to replace a machine.

By utilizing technology, daily, weekly and monthly IT tasks can be automated and scheduled to ensure all tasks are completed and reported consistently without fail.
