Site Assessment and Inventory – BTS will assess and inventory your network and everything connected to it.  This is the foundation to getting a hold and containing your network.  BTS will be able to provide you with reports as to what is on you network.

Management and Status Reports – BTS will provide monthly status reports so you can see the health of your network at a glance.

Virus Definition Management – While most businesses have Antivirus software, it is often up to the user to make sure that the software is working and up to date.  A single, unsecured computer can place your network and data at risk.  BTS will not only make sure that the software is working and up to date, but run scans during off-hours to make sure you have not been infected.

Spyware Removal and Management – Spyware is currently the number one culprit for loss productivity and computer downtime.  It is essential that your spyware scanners be updated and run on a regular basis.  Like the Antivirus scans, BTS can manage your desktop to assure that you get the maximum productivity from it.

Disk Drive Analysis – By monitoring your drive usage and activity logs, BTS can pro actively inform you when we will be low on space, or when a drive is going bad, so you can deal with the issue before it is too late.
